Learning, growth and connection lie at the heart of my life. I have lived, worked and studied across 4 countries in 3 continents. I began my professional life on the seat of a fork lift, working as a factory engineer, and later plant manager in the US. I Loved the challenge and working with shop floor folks and executives alike across nearly 10 industries, but wanted an international adventure. So, I uprooted my life and headed to France to get an MBA at INSEAD with classmates from over 70 countries. After an exciting but ultimately unsuccessful try at entrepreneurship, I landed in Germany working as a strategy consultant, intrapreneur and coach since 2017. I currently hold CPC (certified professional coach) and ACC (>100 client coaching hours) credentials from the International Coaching Federation.

I came to coaching after a personal and professional tragedy collided in the form of a close colleague and friend ending her life suddenly. The experience shattered my comfortable paradigm for a long while, but also opened my eyes to the impact I wanted to make—putting my unique combination of calm, listening and challenging to work serving others to evolve. Through all of this, I have had the honor to get to know folks from all over the world and many walks of life. What I find most fascinating are the commonalities across such diverse people, most especially the power that each one of us has to shape our experience no matter where we are, what we do or what we want.

These days, I especially love supporting individuals and teams—where reaching the next level, or finding the next adventure seems somehow out of reach. I have worked with athletes, executives, entrepreneurs, artists, students, and professionals—and I hope to add more and more diversity to the list over time.
